We chose this name,“Unione,” because the area you’ll be traveling through is the Unione Terre di Castelli, a group of eight municipalities, each with its own castle, each characterized by the same tranquility typical of rural and foothill areas, by the warm welcome of smiling people, and by restaurants serving hearty meals featuring fresh, homemade pasta.
